Syllabus: Identification of all gemstones, rough and cut polished. Identification of Synthetic and treated gemstones. Separation of stimulants with the help of standard Gemmological equipments and also with a 10x loupe. Market related knowledge of rough and cut polished gemstones. Knowledge of cutting styles and techniques.
